Shipping and Returns
Please note that we do not ship to Channel Island and Canary Islands.
Express shipping: Depends on where the package is going. Around 20€ - 30€.
Please note that all orders to Norway and UK are subject to custom tax and VAT. Custommade is not responsible for any additional costs.

HOW TO RETURN YOU ORDER:
We accept returns within 14 days from you receiving the order.
Returns are at your own expense. Please make sure not to remove the hangtags on the items you wish to return. To return your purchase, follow these easy steps:
1. Place the products you wish to return in a box. You can easily reuse the box the items were sent in for the return.
2. Fill out the enclosed return note and enclose it in the shipment. It is important that the return note is enclosed in order for us to identify and process your refund correctly.
3. Send the parcel to:

4. Please note that the returned parcel must be send directly to the address above as we are not able to pick up the parcel at any parcel shops.
5. We aim to process a refund within 14 days of receiving the returned parcel. The amount will be refunded to the credit card of which the items were purchased.
Please note that we do not take responsibility for items lost when shipping back. We therefore recommend for your own safety that you keep the postage receipt with the tracking number.
6. If your package ends up at a post office, the general length of stay for a package is 14 days. If the package is not picked up, your shipment will be sent back, and you as a consumer will be charged up to 26 euro for the return costs.
After we have received your returned items, you will be issued the appropriate refund. We aim to process your refund within 14 days of receiving your parcel. You will receive an email as soon as your returned order has been processed and the amount refunded.
Please note that we only accept unused items with hangtags. Shoes are to be returned with box and dustbag.
Claims will be handled within the law. Please contact us by email email@example.com with pictures of the claim before doing anything else, so we can handle your claim and provide you with a pre-paid return label if needed - we do not cover other shipping costs than our own pre-paid labels. Refunds will be made to the card used for the purchase.
