CUSTOMMADE offers a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Request a Return
You may request a return label via our online return portal. You must enter your order number starting with CMxxxx and the email you used to order on the portal.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We process return requests within 2 business days. Once your return is accepted, you will receive an email with a return shipping label.
Deliver your package to your chosen collection point with the accompanying return label securely affixed to the exterior.
For all other orders, Custommade requires a return contribution, which will be deducted from the refund:
- European Union countries: €15
- Outside EU: 30€
The delivery of a returning package may take a few days, depending on the carrier and from which country it was shipped. If you wish the follow up on your return, kindly check the tracking number written under the barcode on the shipping label. We unpack and inspect all returned items within 5 to 7 business days. All items sent back in their original condition will be refunded right away on your original payment method. Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Import duties cannot be refunded by CUSTOMMADE as these charges are determined and collected by national tax authorities, as disclosed in our shipping policy.
