I'm missing a product from my order, what do I do?

What do I do if I receive a faulty item in my order?

Will you refund the shipping charges on my parcel?

  1. Free Freight on All Orders: We're delighted to offer free shipping on all orders, making it easier for you to enjoy our fashion-forward products without any additional shipping costs.

  2. Easy Return Process: In case you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we have a hassle-free return process. You can return items within 14 days of receiving your order. Simply go to our returnsportal and register your return. You will then be given the opportunity to print a pre-paid return label.

How can I purchase a gift voucher?

Thank you for considering a gift voucher from CUSTOMMADE. While we don't offer online gift cards directly on our website, we're more than happy to assist you with this special request through our dedicated customer service team. Reach out to info@custommade.dk and let our customer service know that you're interested in purchasing a gift voucher. You can specify the amount you'd like the voucher to be for, and they'll guide you through the process.

Why have I received an email saying the item I've ordered is out of stock?

The reason for the item being out of stock is due to unexpectedly high demand, which exceeded our inventory projections. Please know that this is not a common occurrence, and we are taking steps to ensure it doesn't happen again in the future.

How should I choose the right size?

We are in the process of developing a size guide for both clothes and shoes.
in the meantime, we have a standard size chart you can follow.
We want you to look and feel your best in every outfit you choose from us.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?

Thank you for shopping with CUSTOMMADE. We hope that you're pleased with your order. If for any reason you're not fully satisfied, you can return any purchase within 14 days of receipt.

For returns, please follow the instructions in the package.

 

How can I return an item

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received them. Before sending anything back to us, kindly announce the return via our online return portal within 14 days after receiving your item. All steps, conditions and return costs are fully described in our Refund Policy.

When will my refund be transferred

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. It can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Duties & Taxes

No additional taxes or customs duties are charged for items that are shipped within the European Union. The items’ prices and shipping costs include VAT.

Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, The Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary, Cyprus (South Cyprus only).

Outside EU
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. You may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We are not responsible for any customs and import duty charges.
